1 General guarantees All our products are of quality and most of them are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Yet if a defect should happen or if the product should not satisfy our client's expectations, the company Euroretro-pieces will not be held responsible. Nevertheless it will be possible to exchange the item. Any exchange will have to be done within 30 days at the latest and be sent back into its original packaging (perfectly protected); the postage fees will be borne by the client. These costs include insurance for loss/damage/theft of the value of the product at least. Any item we may receive back without our agreement before by mail or by e-mail will not be taken back, nor exchanged nor paid back. 2 Fees The prices mentioned on our site are indicative and can be modified at any time without notice. The prices applied are the ones which are current the day of the order. The pictures are not contractual. Therefore they are only indicative and do not involve our company 3 Order Our site is open 24 hours a day. The orders are immediately recorded and handled every working day (except on Saturdays/Sundays and on French public holidays) Our products are sent only after we have received the payment for them. They are always sent by fast recorded delivery by the Post or by carrier: D+2 for France, D+4 for Europe, D+6 for the rest of the world Euroretro-pièces does everything to send your goods as quickly as possible and will not be held responsible in case of delay due to the Post and will not give their clients compensation. Any good will be considered to be lost after 30 days (when never received by the client) and after checking, it will be sent again or paid back (including postage) by check or by credit transfer. 4 Terms of payment Whatever the term of payment chosen, the currency used can only be Euro. 4.1 By credit card: Cards issued by domiciled banks out of France inevitably have to be international bank cards. We do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. 4.2 By transfer: Any French or foreign client from all over the world can pay by credit transfer being the only one to bear the possible costs (to see with your banking office). We advise you to send us the check by "traced mail" as a guarantee m case of loss and not to forget to sign it. 4.4 By national or international postal money order: The fees are payable by the client (to see with your post office). You will have to mention your order number, name and address of delivery and send your payment to Eurorétro-pièces (address above). 4.5 Payment cash: Any payment in cash is possible but only if it is sent by "registered mail" to our registered office (address above) and we send back the change (no complaint can be made in case of loss or theft). 5 Important For any order it is necessary to give us your delivery address : name and complete address with your e-mail and telephone number if possible. We remind you that before ordering, you have to read the terms of sale and that any order implies that you accept them.
